Whether you’re a complete novice or looking to refine your technique, this 5-week (or 3-week) course is the perfect start.
Led by our expert coach—an Olympian, national record holder, and international trainer—you’ll be guided step by step through the fundamentals, helping you build strength, skill, and confidence.
📚 What You’ll Learn
Warm-up, Bar Drill, Squat, Deadlift
Muscle Snatch, Power Snatch (no jump), Power Snatch (with jump)
Snatch Balance, Full Snatch, Front Squat
Muscle Clean, Power Clean (no jump), Power Clean (with jump), Push Press
All Clean Movements, Push Press, Push Jerk (no jump), Push Jerk (with jump), Jerk
