Support Session on Managing Behaviour in your Section

Are you looking for ways to better manage difficult behaviour in your section and how to make reasonable adjustments ?

If so, you might be interested in attending our Scout District support session on these topics led by Mark Edwards.

In this 2h session, you will learn some practical tips on how to:

· Discover why children behave in different ways.

· How to respond as a leader

· Discuss strategies and gain top tips to support you in being effective at behaviour management.

· Explore adaptations and responses for those young people with additional needs or Sprecial educational needs

· Avoid or resolve conflicts and complaints

· Make reasonable adjustments for those who need them

This session will be interactive and engaging, with opportunities to explore ideas and ask questions. You will also get to network with other volunteers who share your interests and challenges.
