About the Talk
The session will begin with a presentation on bridle and bit fitting, helping you develop the skills to evaluate your brilde on your own horse. We’ll then move into the arena to observe a variety of horses and riders working in different bridles/bits. This hands-on approach will give you insight into how different bridles/bits suit different horse types, and how saddle fit can influence the way of going and effectiveness of the aids. There will also be a focus on the types of bridles and bits which can be used for competitions.
This informative afternoon is open to all horse owners, coaches, and equine professionals.

While people sometimes worry about the potential for increased health problems in a former racehorse, Agria’s lifetime equine policy —the only UK horse insurance which does not add new exclusions to your vet fee cover once you make a claim — will protect your partnership.
