In one of our recent classes, we’ve been learning a move called “The Wheel”, it’s all about using the hoop to build upper body strength and tone the arms and shoulders.
� It’s such a fun way to challenge yourself and try something different while still getting all the benefits of a full-body workout.
Whether you're a total beginner or have hooped before, Hula Fitness is for all abilities, and every session is packed with movement, music, and laughter.
