Connecting with People - Understanding the power of the REAL you

When we attract truly authentic connections & relationships, we can make a greater impact.

With the right people around us, we can be part of conversations, in rooms we're not even in!

People invest in people. It's often invisible energy that just draws us to others. Feeling confident to be who we truly are, not who we think we need to be, is vital to this connection.

In this workshop we'll be looking at the true power of your most authentic self & learning about Relational Energy. What we're putting out there, what we are picking up from others and just how far from reality that can be!

Helping you identify & let go of the limiting beliefs that are holding you back and giving you the tools to keep working on how you feel within your day to day business, that monkey chatter & your connections with others.

The networking element will bring together some of my favourite aspects of the many events I've attended, both in person & online, and leave out all the stuff that has me bolting for the door or escape button!!

***It will help you expand your mind way beyond thinking you're selling to the room.

My name is Janie Waring, I'm a Holistic Coach & Mentor and have been running my practice in Harrogate for 6yrs.

Passionate about helping people put down the excess baggage they've acquired over the years. The limiting beliefs, the family & societal expectations & conditioning, helping to bring you home to who you are instead of who you've had to be.

Following caring for my husband through years of life limiting brain tumours & his eventual passing in 2012 whilst mum to a toddler, i realised there was a great deal more to me than I had ever really known. His illness bridging the me that had low self esteem to the me that was open to finding out who I was truly here to be.

From barely being able to speak in public without bursting into tears to feeling up for walking into most rooms, however hard that sometimes is, building a strong faith in something far greater than me, whatever happens I'm a big believer it's all meant to be.
