Join us for a deeply relaxing Sound Bath experience designed to promote calm, clarity, and restoration. Guided by Theresa Wilt, this session uses soothing sound vibrations to support relaxation and mindfulness.

Please arrive promptly at 1:00 PM. Once the session begins, doors will be closed to maintain a peaceful and uninterrupted atmosphere.

This program is free to attend. Donations for Theresa are welcome and appreciated.

Come as you are—comfortable clothing is encouraged. Bring a yoga mat, cushion, or lawn chair to relax on. Spaces are limited, for ages 15 and up ONLY. Please call 724-6796 to RSVP.
