Departure: Leave from Walkabout at 12:30pm
FYI: Carpooling is encouraged, but you could meet us at the trailhead by 1:00pm. Our goal is to have an enjoyable, casual hike; not to set any speed records!
HIDDEN ROCKS TRAIL STATS
Average Time: 2 hours
Challenge Level: Moderate
Rough Distance: 2.2 miles
Elevation Change: +/-315 ft.
Terrain: Mostly single-track w/ some sections wider than others. The trail rolls up & down and includes stream crossings, then climbs gradually uphill to loop around the cliff areas.
Trail Direction: Out & back with a loop on the far end.
GEAR NOTES
If you need any gear for the hike we're happy to get you outfitted; We open at 10am! Sturdy hiking shoes, lightweight clothing (avoid cotton), and trekking poles are encouraged. Bring snacks and water for the hike.
HAPPY HOUR
Afterwards, we will meet at Sage Bird for Post-Hike Happy Hour to enjoy delivious food & drink! Although, it’ll be determined by the group, we will likely be at Sage Bird by 4pm or 5pm.
