Mindful Nature Journaling Hike at SUNY Purchase

Join me for a gentle hike on the SUNY Purchase campus. We'll explore some natural areas under ecological restoration including the Blind Brook Forest and ascend to a high point for an overview of the area.

We'll meet at the West Parking Lot and hike for approximately 30 minutes pausing for a 5 minute guided mediation followed by a 15-20 minute nature journaling session where we'll journal our impressions.

• Specifically: the triangular area with benches next to the PAC entrance
• I recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes and warm layers
• Pencils & journals are provided (or feel free to bring your own)

Jessica Dalrymple is a Brooklyn based artist, teacher, and horticulturist. She teaches botanical drawing and leads Nature Journaling Hikes through NYC parks and green spaces.
