Rarely have I booked an artist again after only a short few months. But everyone had such an outstanding time with James Maddock last month, we both felt we needed to do it again sooner than later. I first saw James Maddock live nearly 15 years ago. His engaging voice and songs immediately caught my attention, and his sneaky great guitar playing kept my it. He's subsequently written and released a plethora of additional songs and albums that deserve your attention. His most recent album, “Night Work” is particularly strong, and matches the quality of anything in his catalog.
There's something about the intimacy and directness of his solo performances that I'm drawn to.
But you don't need to believe me. Radio legend Vin Scelsa said, Maddock's "heartbreakingly beautiful and exquisitely crafted" music "touches the soul." Relix Magazine put it this way: “James Maddock possesses the kind of lived-in craggy voice that would sound authoritative if he were singing the sports pages. Fortunately, he doesn't need to do that because his compositional skills are a match for his delivery."

My friends at Spanish Pavillion do a fantastic job. They serve delicious food and drinks. The staff is incredibly welcoming and warm. Your Ticket Purchase is also your Dining Reservation. There is no minimum but you’re encouraged to order whatever food and drink you desire. The restaurant has a parking lot attached with plentiful space.
Just like shows at my house, 100% of the door goes to the artist.
