Gaelic Board Book Launch: An Stàball (Scottish launch)

Join us at An Lanntair for the launch of the original Gaelic board book AN STÀBALL. This lift-the-flap board book for ages 0–5 is a transatlantic collaboration between Scotland and Canada.

Author Anne Ramsay is a Gaelic development officer with Comann nam Pàrant and former preschool teacher at Sgoil-Àraich Lacasdail. Illustrator Kate Phillips from Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia is an award-winning illustrator and graphic novelist.

The author will be signing copies of the book and offering a read-aloud with ALL the animal noises! Gaelic publisher Emily McEwan of Bradan Press will also be visiting from Canada.

This event is free, open to the public, and suitable for all ages, especially wee ones. Thigibh ann agus cleachd ur cuid cànain còmhla ruinn!
