Full Moon Releasing Ceremony

Full Moon Circles offer a supportive space to slow down, release, and let go of what no longer needs to be carried.

Held during the heightened energy of the full moon, these circles focus on reflection, emotional release, and nervous-system-safe presence. We begin by settling in together, sharing collectively, and connecting to the seasonal and collective themes of the moon. A guided meditation helps create space for awareness, followed by a simple releasing practice that allows what’s ready to move to gently soften or release.

These circles are not about fixing or analyzing — they’re about honoring what’s been felt, witnessed, and held.

Each circle closes with Oracle card messages and grounding.
