Choose compassion for yourself and have courage to seek help. Together, we will learn how to develop resilience and to be intentional in our grief, so we can grow in our wisdom and connection to ourselves and others.

Facilitated by Frank Wilberding, LMSW, clinical social worker in
private practice in Grosse Pointe Park with experience in hospice
and conducting bereavement and grief groups for many different
types of loss.
