Samhain Sound Journey

The ultimate well-being experience that requires no effort on your part, you simply show up and lay down to rest.

Sound journeys can be deeply relaxing, restorative and refreshing.
They can also be opportunities for diving into our internal landscapes retrieving insights and inner wisdom that can support us as we transition from one life phase to the next.

This one in November will begin with a short guided meditation to connect us with the energy and significance of the Celtic Cross Quarter festival known as Samhain. The seasonal shift from Autumn to Winter, drifting into the dark half of the year and associated with remembering our ancestors.

Whilst resting comfortably in the beautiful Kinsbourne Barn Studio, you enjoy the meditative sounds of the gong, singing bowls and other sacred instruments.
