This Personalised Training session features 'exercises tailored to you' so no matter what your fitness level, the instructor will vary it to suit you.
Teens, adults, anyone with limited mobility we welcome you to our safe space. We offer 3 options: exercise on the floor, Use of a chair for support, or jump on a trampoline. Focusing on feeling good mentally and physically.
