SoulSip Sessions

A monthly; bilingual women’s gathering created by RBM Integrated Therapies to offer a gentle, supportive space for connection, reflection, and community. Centered around herbal tea provided by Herbin Wellness Apothecary and Tea Bar, this circle invites women to slow down, sip, and share in an atmosphere of active listening and mutual respect.

Through intentional conversation, grounding moments, and shared presence, participants are encouraged to arrive as they are and feel held without pressure to fix or perform. This gathering honors the healing power of community, culture, and simple rituals, offering nourishment for both body and soul.

All are welcome. No prior experience needed — just an open heart and a willingness to connect.

Info: Simple grounding techniques to help center the circle followed by a quick intention setting to open up the circle to hold space for each other.
