Reiki 1 Training

Reiki Level 1 Class Cost: $150
Training location: The Art Space in Harker Heights
Date: Friday Feb 20th from 6-7 pm: Opening Meditation to prepare for training
Saturday 10am-5 pm with hour lunch break at noon: Reiki 1 Training and Attunement. Wear comfortable clothing. Prepare your body by reducing alcohol, sugar, processed foods and Focus on quiet reflection to prepare for energy work. Arrive with an open mind and readiness to learn. Incorporate gentle self care prior in order for mind body and spirit to be receptive. Limit distractions such as loud places, TV, and news to turn to inner Focus.
