This 75-minute Yin Yoga and Sound Healing practice invites you to slow down and release amidst a constant sound of soothing crystal bowls -we'll hold grounding Yin postures, gently opening the body to let go of stored tension and emotional weight, calming the mind and soothing the nervous system. The session concludes with a long Shavasana to allow the sound to wash over you- using the bowls and gentle instruments, guiding you into deep relaxation and energetic balance for a complete seasonal reset.❄️
