Demystifying Native Plants

Join our Horticulture Intern Hilliary for a discussion about native plants, where no question is too simple. Together we’ll define what it means to be a native plant, learn to decipher nursery labels, use the Portland Plant List to take the guesswork out of plant selection, and more!

Whether you’re completing a Backyard Habitat Certification or just want to add more biodiversity, this workshop aims to give you the confidence to select the right plants for your space.
