Women's Wellness Night

Please join us for an evening in community with other women for a workshop intentionally designed to nurture your physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness.

The program will entail a light stregnth session with Empowering Athletes, followed by an educational mobility session with D4 physical Therapy, and a mental health reflection and yoga mediation segment with LightWork Therapy and Recovery.

We encourage attendees to use this evening as an act of self care, and popur into themselves the time and attention we all deserve as women doing it all!

All proceeds from the event will be donated to support the women impacted by the services offered at Dove, inc.
