TWO SISTERS Born in Hanover, united by a love of art.
Louise Moul Jira and Jeanne Moul Hull—sisters of the late Patsy Moul Bortner (Melinda’s Mom)—return to Main Street Hanover for a special Exhibit Premiere during the February First Friday Art Walk, Friday, February 6th in the Event Gallery @ The Warehouse.
NOW BOTH LIVING IN Frederick, MD, the sisters reunite on their home town stage with a powerful collection of 30 paintings, revealed together for the first time.
STARRING...
🎞 Louise Moul Jira
A classically trained oil painter with a playful twist. Educated in classical realism at the Zoll Studio in Timonium, Louise brings rich still lifes and landscapes in oil—then flips the script with whimsical watercolor animals that charm and surprise.
🎞 Jeanne Moul Hull
With a deep background in art history and fine arts, Jeanne’s work is informed by the masters. Her recent focus on recreating iconic paintings adds depth, reverence, and storytelling to every brushstroke.
THE PREMIERE EVENT…

🎨 Artists will be in attendance for casual conversation and behind-the-scenes insight.
