With 30+ years of K9 and decoy experience, Shawn began as a USAF Patrol/Narcotics Handler before serving as K9 Handler, Trainer & Unit Commander on the Baltimore PD. A PSA Decoy since 2003, he’s an 8-time National Select Decoy, PSA Judge, and Hall of Fame inductee, known for developing National Champions.
