Join us on Thursday, September 4, 2025, at 4 pm, as Hanover Against Hunger, in conjunction with our Community Partner, the Borough of Hanover, sponsors this first-of-its-kind panel discussion focusing on food insecurity in our community! This is a special Free Public Service/Educational Event.
Come hear from representatives of Hanover organizations dedicated to addressing the challenges of food insecurities facing many in our community — young and old. The event will include a panel discussion, Q&A period and suggestions about how you can help.
Leaders and Residents of Hanover are asked to join us to learn about the often unseen and overlooked struggles many in our community face on a daily basis. God’s Meal Barrel, Ruth’s Harvest, the Hanover Area Council of Churches (through Provide a Lunch and Meals on Wheels), New Hope Ministries and HAH will be there to share their missions and answer your questions. Come learn how you can help and make Hanover an even more welcoming and caring place than it already is.
Thanks to the generous cooperation of the Borough of Hanover, this special educational event will be held in the Community Room at the Borough Building.
