Yinyoga in English

While dynamic yoga focuses on flexibility and strengthening, Yin Yoga is passive. All yoga poses are held for several minutes and you practice letting go, remaining still without tensing your muscles.

Stress-related tension and blockages in the fascial tissue can be released and you can achieve deep relaxation.

In Yin Yoga practice, we sink meditatively into the positions for about 1–5 minutes.

With the support of props (cushions, yoga blocks, and blankets), anyone can practice Yin Yoga, regardless of their flexibility. No previous experience is necessary!

Tension is replaced by clarity and new strength. A new space for serenity and joy can emerge.
