Personal Renewal: Twisted Juniper Yoga Retreat

Tara Otten and I are excited to announce our yoga retreat coming to your favorite studio (Twisted Juniper Yoga) on September 19&20!

Kathy Finney will be assisting in class to offer you that much needed therapeutic touch!

Friday Night Starts at 6pm with deep rest through the practice of yoga nidra. Followed by tea and light snacks with an Ayurvedic twist.

Saturday will offer several yoga asana practices along with opportunities for meditation and sound healing. 8-12. &1-3.
