December Health Talk

Our very own Brittany Higgins (known as Britt the Birth Doula) will be joining us for our December Health Talk!

Brittany was a labor and delivery nurse for almost ten years. Now she pours all of that knowledge and experience into serving women through birth advocacy, postpartum support, & intuitive healing. She’s coming armed with her top 5 tips for birth and will be sharing what the heck Reiki is and how this energy work can help you through pregnancy and postpartum. We can’t wait to see you there!
