Due to fire restriction precautions at Sullivan Lake, our October 2025 launch will take place at our backup site in Hanna, Alberta.
Event Overview
Date: Saturday, October 4, 2025 (one-day launch)
Flyers’ Meeting: 9:00–9:30 AM
Flights: Motors A–M, with an expected altitude ceiling of up to 20,000 ft AGL (weather/airspace permitting).
Registration & Fees
Range Pass: $35
Registration and inspection begin early — please arrive in time for the flyers’ meeting.
Already registered for Sullivan Lake? Your registration carries over automatically.
Important Notes
If you are planning a Level 4 attempt or a flight over 20,000 ft, please inform the Launch Organizer .
All flights must comply with CAR/ACF Safety Code and Range Safety Officer directions.
A valid CAR/ACF membership card is required for high-power flyers.
