Join us for a chill day and good vibes as we explore grief, loss, bereavement and reconnecting your mind, body and spirit!

At some point in our lives, we all experience loss. This can be a devasting time and even worse if, as musicians you are touring, managing your grief from a distance and unable to support loved ones.

With support from Cruse Breavement, our first workshop will explore this, normalising the grieving process and building skills to cope with loss.

The workshop will feature a musical interlude, with a local artist performing songs to energise and stimulate discussion in a topic that we generally avoid.
