Discover how to meditate! Are you looking for greater happiness, peace, and resilience? Have you considered trying meditation but aren't sure how to begin? Or do you want to refresh your practice and meet others with similar interests? Our meditation classes can support you in reaching these goals.
Join Nancy Whitticase as she shares her 30-year journey exploring ancient meditation techniques and offers simple, practical tips for incorporating them into your everyday life (And the best part: it doesn't require hours of sitting in silence!)
Our drop-in, donation-based classes are inclusive, open to everyone, and are an easy way to start your practice or reconnect to one you already have. You can drop into any class or attend all of them, depending on what suits you best. We offer comfortable seating options like regular chairs, meditation chairs, cushions, and mats. No registration is needed; everyone is welcome!
