On August 16 2025, our amazing friend Jennifer was doing something she absolutely loves to do with her kids— riding her BMX bike— when a tragic accident changed everything in an instant. She suffered severe injuries to her right leg and has already undergone 2 surgeries and the doctors say the recovery will be long and difficult, involving months of rehabilitation and physical therapy.
Jennifer is not only a passionate rider and a beloved friend — she’s also a devoted mom. Her children are her world, and her biggest motivation through this difficult journey is getting strong enough to walk, play, and be fully present with them again.
Jennifer has always been a staple here at Sly Clyde. Whether on the food truck or stopping by for a cider after an event with her parents, Glen and Donna.
Jennifer and the Flame and Pie family have always been on the front line ready to help, donate or volunteer when someone was in need.
It's now our time to give back and help Jennifer like she has helped so many.
September 28th we will host a basket raffle as well as a 50/50 raffle with all proceeds benefitting Jennifer and her Family.
If you would like to donate a basket, gift cards or any item to be raffled off, please email Amelia, at
