About the event

The Equestrian History of Long Island

Lecturers Jerry & Rita Tripani are owners of Shadbelly Farm, life members of the Carriage Association of America, the American Driving society, and the Four in Hand Club; and, the founding members of the 40 year old Paumanok Driving Club of Long Island.

The presenters will take us on a trip back through time to learn about the racetracks, estates, parks, and equestrian shows that have made Long Island one of the most important equestrian venues in the world.
