Shaka Holiday Pump — Saturday, Dec 6th @ 10 AM (Hampstead)
We’re kicking off December with a 45-minute LWK full-body holiday strength workout on the top turf at Shaka Taco in Hampstead. ALL fitness levels welcome.
This event is donation-based (give whatever you’d like), and every dollar supports the Pender County Angel Tree to help local families make their Holidays a little brighter. -- Donation link + liability waiver will be in your confirmation after you RSVP.
Festive fits VERY Encouraged. If it screams holidays, wear it — reindeer ears, Grinch green, full holiday chaos.
NutriPrime will be onsite helping fuel the holiday pump + recovery.
And if your partner/spouse/friend rolls with you but would rather swing a golf club than a kettlebell, Ironclad’s driving range + course are right there while you get your holiday pump in.
After we lift, we’re grabbing tacos + drinks at Shaka Taco and hanging out.
Spots are limited due to equipment + flow.
