Restorative Yoga + Reiki

What a joy to bring Yoga and Reiki together so that you may experience deep peace and restoration. Using all the props for our Restorative Yoga practice, Brooke will lead us into poses that encourage the effectiveness of Julie's Reiki. Reiki is a gentle hands-on energy technique that is used for balancing the body's energy, to reduce stress, and promote relaxation. During this special practice as you rest in longer held yoga poses, Julie will lay hands on various areas along the body's energy centers, the chakras, and allow the healing, loving energy to flow from her to you. At times, you may experience sensations such as seeing colors or images, you may feel tingling, heat, coolness, or pressure as energy is pushed or dispersed.

Our goal is for you to leave class rested and renewed with a calming energy that stays with you for days.
