You are invited to our 4th Annual New Year’s Celebration classes!
Up first, Yin & Yoga Nidra at 9-10am!
This class is designed for all levels, and will consist of gentle, longer held floor poses and a guided meditation for a refreshing New Beginning!
Yoga Fusion was such a hit, we are bringing it back at 10:30-11:30am!
This class will consist of a vinyasa yoga flow fused with core & more, for a functional and sweaty New Year Reset! Designed for all levels.
Both classes will begin the New Year with One word as your driving force for the year! No New Year’s resolution, just one intentional word to help shape your life!
Space will be provided for inquiry to focus on what you would like to give your power to, what you would like to take back & leave behind, with gratitude!
