Gentle Stretch & Yoga Nidra for the Fall Equinox

Join Jaki on September 21st at 12pm for a Gentle Stretch & Yoga Nidra special event for the Fall Equinox.

This is a time of transitions, balance/harmony, & reflection and this gentle and rejuvenating practice will allow you the time and self care to move into the new season with a refreshing balance!

30 minutes of gentle stretch followed by 45 minutes of yoga nidra for the chakras. Yoga nidra is often described as a meditation or yoga sleep, where you actively listen to the guide while your brain and body go on a journey that mimics the same wavelengths as REM, creating a rejuvenating and deeply nourishing experience. No experience needed and this is suitable for any physical ability level!

During the yoga nidra portion, there is an option to take it from a trapeze cocoon or comfortably padded on the yoga mat!
