Free Community: Class Yoga Nidra

No experience necessary! Yoga Nidra is similar to a guided meditation in that participants follow along the guided journey to lead into a state of relaxation. However, the mind is taken on a journey, bringing the brainwaves into the same wavelengths as REM sleep, where the body does the most restoration.

Please make sure to bring comfortable clothing and any items that will help you get cozy.
