Ladies Fall Retreat 2025

The Annual Calvary Chapel Fall Retreat is coming and this years theme is "The King is Coming". We are excited for this time to get away with the Lord to bask in the promises of His Word, worshipping our Savior, and being encouraged in our walk with Jesus! Joining with sisters from CC Russell PA, CC Niagara Frontier NY, CC Greece NY, and Almond Community Church.

The Retreat Cost Includes: a 2 night stay (with access to indoor pool, exercise room & outdoor fire pit) at the Best Western Inn Plus Hammondsport Hotel; breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday; and breakfast on Sunday.

Check In is from 3-6 PM on Friday at the Hotel Front Desk, then come to the Hotel Conference Room to register and receive your gift bag, name tag, and schedule for the weekend. The retreat begins at 7 PM on Friday and ends at 11 AM on Sunday.

Costs are as follows per person:
1 in a room - $325
2 in a room - $215
3 in a room - $185
4 in a room - $155

*Deposits and registration due by September 20th to your Women's Ministry Leader. Balance due by October 8th.
