Sound Bath

Come experience the power of yoga + sound. We will open the body with a gentle yoga practice and then bathe in the sound of many instruments such as the Gong, Tibetan Bowls, drums and chimes.

The Tibetan bowls have a wonderful frequency that can generate well-being and healing, the drums connect to your heart beat and Mother Earth, the chimes call the fairies and magical realms and the Gong reaches deep to move what needs to come up and be released. And we now have 2 Gongs for you!! Come and try it. Let us show you the magic of their vibrations and how relaxed you can feel!

We will be lying down on the mat for 45 minutes, please bring a couple of blankets and a bolster or a pillow for full comfort. Everyone welcome.
