About the event

FREE Dance and Movement Hour

Come shake your groove thing during our Dance and Movement Hour! During this FREE class, participants will get their blood flowing and muscles moving! No dance experience or coordination needed! All ages and abilities welcome! Just come and have fun! The Dance and Movement Class will occur weekly on Wednesdays from 10a-11a. We're adding Monday classes starting February 2nd.
