According to legend, conductors on the Underground Railroad used quilts to transmit secret codes to people escaping slavery. 🏿🛤 While this theory has been debunked by historians, quilting is still an important art form in African-American history. 🖤

Join us to assemble (paper) quilt blocks and learn about the symbols hidden in traditional quilt patterns! 🧵🖤❤️💚
