Twilight Petite Retreat

A different kind of Friday night out that’s full of self care and time dedicated to YOU!

We’ll start with some relaxing and stress relieving yoga and breathing followed by time in the hot tub and sauna (there’s a cold water bath you could try too) after getting dressed a hot drink and snack and an extended yoga nidra to round off the night. What a way to ease into the weekend. Energy exchange is £55. Message me to book.
