As the golden hues of autumn surround the Park outside, you’ll be gently guided inward by the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments. This immersive journey is designed to calm the nervous system, reset your energy, and create space for inner stillness and reflection. Join us for a 90-minute sound journey held within the serene beauty of Pyramid Hill’s Pavilion.
