Align with art and the elements as we engage in a gentle yoga practice as the full moon rises over Pyramid Hill. Cultivating balance and harmony through breath and movement, we will rejuvenate and reflect the beauty within and around us. This is a non-strenuous practice that focuses on breath, stretching, and movement.
