We’re excited to welcome local clinical psychologist Emma Anderson to our next ABA group meeting! With a special interest in the perinatal period, Emma will be joining us for a relaxed and insightful chat about the emotional side of motherhood.
She’ll explore some of the common themes that can pop up during early parenting and beyond—like coping with the ups and downs of motherhood, managing anxiety around our children, adjusting to life changes after baby, and how we can support ourselves along the way. This will be a gentle, open discussion with space for reflection and connection—perfect for anyone navigating the messy, beautiful world of parenting.
To help shape the session around what’s most relevant for our community, we’ve set up a form where you can submit any questions or topics you’d love Emma to explore. See link below:

We’d love to see you there!
As always, there’ll be a cuppa, casual chat and playtime for the little ones.
Bring your breastfeeding questions – a Breastfeeding Counsellor will be there if you want to chat after!
ABA welcomes everyone – mums, dads, expectant parents, support people and health professionals. Whether you are breastfeeding or not, you are welcome.
Come as you are – even if that is in your pyjamas.
Please note: if you or your little ones are feeling under the weather - rest up and join us next time!
