Food Challenge Project Meeting

It is Food Challenge time! Texas 4-H Food Challenge is a competition where teams of 3-4 youth create a dish within 40 minutes using a limited set of ingredients. Teams are judged on their preparation and knowledge of serving size, food safety, My Plate, and nutritional value. Our first meeting is Tuesday, August 26th, at 4:30 pm. We have limited space and can only accommodate 6 teams of 4. You must be in third grade and 8 years old up to twelfth grade and 18 years old on September 1st to participate.
