Candlelit Yoga

Come and settle in for a Sunday afternoon of cosy and comforting yoga.

The restorative type of yoga will help to soften and soothe the body, the gentle light of the candles will provide a soft focus for the eyes allowing the mind to slow down and become quiet. Let time and gravity do the stretching for you in the poses rounded off with a blissful yoga nidra.

Spaces are limited, please bring your own mat and blanket.
