A ‘TWIXMAS PETITE RETREAT

Fancy treating yourself or a loved one (or both of you) to some self-care and pampering during that no man's land of time between Christmas and New Year.

Join us for a half day petite retreat, starting with a tension teasing candlelit stretch on the yoga mat followed by some time to chill out in the hot tub and sauna – and dare you try the invigorating cold water bath!?

Change into your comfies for a hot drink and a treat before a super relaxing breath practice and a Yoga Nidra before you float off home.

Starting at 2pm and finishing at 5pm.
