Connecting on Purpose reflects the belief that community does not just happen by chance; it happens when people show up, reach out, and work together toward a shared vision for their city.
This annual gathering brings together neighbors, leaders, youth, and community partners from across Hamilton to share ideas, build connections, and spark action for positive change.

Local businesses, organizations, and individuals are encouraged to support the Summit by contributing to the Friends of 17STRONG Fund through the Hamilton Community Foundation.
All sponsorships and donations should be received by February 1, 2026, to be included in event promotions and materials. Contributions can be made directly to Friends of 17STRONG through the Hamilton Community Foundation.
