Loving Me: Breathwork & Sound Healing (Hamilton, NJ)

Join us on Saturday, October 25th, at 3291 East State Street Hamilton Township for a morning of deep restoration and renewal at Loving Me: Breathwork & Sound Healing. This in-person event is designed to create a safe and nurturing space for those seeking holistic wellness in a communal setting.

Through breathwork and sound healing, we facilitate a deeply restorative experience that helps release anxiety, stress, and trauma from the body while fostering gratitude, peace, and self-love. Our gathering is rooted in the safety of community, with facilitators trained in spiritual care and well-being.

This Self-Love Healing Circle is a unique opportunity to connect with others on their journey, share experiences, and nurture your well-being in a supportive space.

Info: This is the main event which includes gentle yoga, breath work, sound healing, a guided reflection, journaling and group sharing. We encourage everyone to arrive 10-15 minutes early to park and check in so they can be fully present to start at 10:00 AM.
