In our "Regrets" seminar session of our "Fall Series" 2025 we will take a look at what we may be carrying in our "Backpack of Regrets" as we struggle with the "If onlys...".

We will unpack the "Regrets" many times associated with loss, like:
* Survivor's guilt
* Isolating
* Second Guessing ourselves and our relationships with those who died.
* What if I had only...

We will take a look at positive and healthy ways to get through what can become roadblocks to our healing, if we are not careful.

These are challenges on our path to healing.
But, there is hope.
