8 Ball Pool Tournament

Guidelines for the 8-Ball League:
Qualifications - 12 or older.
Singles - If there are 10 players in a group, everyone will have a number and it will be 1v2, 1v3, 1v4 etc.
Point System - 3 points for winning the game, plus 1 point for each ball you sink. Thus, 10 points maximum for a win, and 7 points maximum in a loss. Under this system, someone can lose the game but win the points contest for a match. Points (not wins) determine winners. Self reporting/recording of points for each participant. See attached.
Buy In - $10 buy-in to participate, with the entire entry fees being paid out to 1st/2nd/3rd place 50%/30%/20%.
Coin Flip - Games are scheduled/appointed. There is no "winner keeps table." The winner of the coin flip at the beginning of the game pays 2 of the 5 required quarters for the table, and breaks. The loser pays 3 of the 5 required quarters, and racks. Max cost for 9 games is 27 quarters, or $6.75.
